Within the barefoot sailor community, there is a saying, that the upcoming lock in Brunsbüttel is the last lock before Panama Canal. In turn, today I passed the 2 last lock before Panama. While saying that, it‘s more an expression as only minority of sailors make it that far. We do not carry the courtesy flag of Panama on SY Hullu Poro.
