The design of the new boat-bike-rack is completed and under testing conditions besides having submitted the application for a worldwide patent. You can see a first animation in the picture above.
There will be a further upgrade to add a second bike after successful completion of the one-bike-boat-rack testing phase.
Unfortunately it is still required to move the bike after each tack or gybe to ensure it always sits at the windward site of the boat.
Perhaps this is also the starting point to think of a boating & biking charter business.
