The Sunday waffles at the hytta operated by KS Ski Lofoten are popular and drive family and friends out into the nature even under heavy clouded skies.
While crossing Karlsvatnet on our way to the hytta, two moose were marching around on the frozen lake. Second time we see some of these impressive animals life in nature after having observed many of their tracks and traces until now during our hikes.
I think, this hytta will see us more often.
